Terms of Use for Kloozer

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Kloozer (“Platform”), you agree to comply with these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Platform. You must be at least 18 years old to use Kloozer. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Access to the Platform

Kloozer grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal and lawful purposes, subject to these Terms.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account. Notify Kloozer immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content and Monetization

4.1 User Content

“User Content” includes any content you create, upload, or share on Kloozer, including posts, videos, and comments. You retain ownership of your User Content but grant Kloozer a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content to operate and promote the Platform.

4.2 Monetization

Eligible users can monetize their content through various features such as subscriptions, tips, and partnerships. By using monetization tools, you agree to comply with Kloozer’s Monetization Policies, which are subject to change.

4.3 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content and warrant that it does not:

• Infringe on any intellectual property or other proprietary rights.
• Violate applicable laws or regulations.
• Contain harmful, abusive, or offensive material.

Kloozer reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
• Upload or share malware, spam, or other harmful material.
